Our services are geared toward individuals and those without access to larger organizations' HR and training and development departments. We work with individuals and organizations to help them improve their processes and skills to become the most influential individuals they can be and to provide needed services to their community. We offer individual and group coaching programs, organizational design and development services, and behavioral-based assessments to help individuals understand their unique personal makeup and how it impacts the various areas of their life. We are also available for speaking engagements and training seminars.

Personal and Group Coaching
Coaching at WTL Leadership focuses on understanding how you think collectively and individually and then helping set and achieve your goals. Coaching fosters accountability and offers individuals the opportunity to work one on one with a skilled facilitator. As the Coach, our role is not to think for you but to assist you in finding the answer within yourself. Our coaching sessions can help you get from your "as is" state to where you want to be. Behavioral-based assessments
WTL Leadership provides a variety of behavioral-based assessments, including DISC, 5 Languages of Appreciation at Work, 5 Love Languages, & the Maxwell Leadership assessment.
DISC assessments are a time-tested method of assessing personality. Our team is certified to assess and evaluate the things that make you, you at the deepest levels:
- Observable behavior and communication style
- Thinking style
- Core beliefs
- Attitudes and hidden motivators
People express and receive appreciation at home and work differently. If you try to express appreciation in ways that aren’t meaningful to those around you, they may not feel valued at all. This is because you are speaking different languages. Using the 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace and the 5 Love Languages will help you identify the five languages of appreciation to:
