WTL Leadership was born out of years of community development work as a community organizer and minister. While working in this space, it became evident that there was a need for personal growth coaching, leadership training, and organizational improvement. Because we believe in and care about you, we aspire to provide services that will encourage and empower you to bring about change in mind, spirit, process, and action.
